Business On Board recruits and trains the region’s business leaders to become effective board members and places them with nonprofit arts and cultural organizations. This unique service of board training and placement is available to all nonprofit arts and cultural organizations in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Since 1996, we have placed over 800 Business On Board graduates on the boards and board committees of more than 150 institutions. Last year’s graduates represented our 20th anniversary cohort, and in just a few months, have already made significant contributions to the nonprofit sector. We are confident that this year’s cohort will make similarly significant advances for communities throughout the region.
