Diving deeper into User Experience research and design, James Moustafellos, Design Practice Lead at LiquidHub and his team leverage your unique user experience research to distill key insights and identify hidden opportunities found in the way you currently do business. Looking at the people, processes and relationships in your “current state” map, participants and teams gain the skills to begin to envision an ideal “future state” that better meets the needs of your colleagues, clients and community members.
