CreativeXchange is a creative leadership and design-thinking training program consisting of five sessions. Led by Philadelphia’s top creative minds and art-makers, this course takes both professionals and teams through the creative process to maximize problem solving, increase engagement at work, and master the art of innovation.

From Silicon Valley VCs and “unicorn” startups to global consulting firms, banks and hospitals, top companies have all built creativity and design into the fabric of their business. Chief Design Officers and design-thinking are the new normal for global innovators, and shaping a culture of innovation is critical to attracting top talent, creating productive teams and managing change.
