Program Participant Application

Thank you for your interest in Arts + Business Council’s Business on Board leadership development program! The deadline to apply has been extended to January 15.

  • Please submit bio language in third person. If bios are not in third person, the Chamber's marketing team may make adjustments upon submission.
  • Terms

    The 2021 Business on Board program will be virtual through the Zoom platform. Sessions will include a mix of individual and group workshops, presentations and panels. Due to the interactive nature of the program, participants are expected to attend each session in full.

    The Business on Board program fee is $3,000 for participants who want to be matched with an organization. The program fee for current board members is $1,500. Interested individuals are encouraged to inquire about their professional development with their department and/or supervisor. The Arts + Business Council is available to assist with facilitating a conversation between an interested professional and their employer. Additionally, philanthropic grants have enabled us to provide a limited number of scholarships; please contact [email protected] for more information. Payment is due prior to the first session.

    Attorneys who participate in Business on Board are eligible for 3 CLE credits.

    The Arts + Business Council strives to make the best board matches possible. Several aspects determine the placement process and as a result, the matching process takes time and is not guaranteed. There is no obligation on the part of the host arts organization or participant to maintain a relationship at the completion of the Business on Board program.
