Designing Leadership Alumni Award
Designing Leadership is a program co-designed and co-led by IBM Leadership Academy and Wharton faculty.
This award is intended to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of individual leaders in the creative economy who have invested in professional and personal development by completing the Designing Leadership curriculum. One program graduate will be recognized each year.
Award Criteria
The nominations in this category will meet the following criteria:
- Nominee is a graduate of the Designing Leadership Program and is still actively employed in creative work (although not necessarily the same organization where the nominee worked while participating in Designing Leadership)
- Nominee attended all five sessions of Designing Leadership during any year of the program
- Nominee has demonstrated the ability to effectively lead, inspire and strengthen a creative organization. Effective leadership will be judged on individual achievement in at least one of four areas–organizational growth, coaching + mentoring, social intelligence, and managing conflict.
